Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the CustomerConvert.Pro website and the consultation services offered through it. We have written them in plain English. Please read them before booking.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using this site, booking a consultation, or otherwise engaging with CustomerConvert.Pro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a session.
2. What you are getting
CustomerConvert.Pro currently offers a single service:
- Slay Session. A thirty-minute live consultation, typically by video call, in which Tony reviews your situation and identifies where customers may be slipping through the cracks.
- The Bleed Report. A short follow-up document delivered to the email address on your booking, summarizing what came up on the call and the suggested next steps. The document is yours to keep.
The exact format of the Bleed Report may evolve. The intent — a written summary you can act on — will not.
3. No guarantees / results disclaimer
The Slay Session and the Bleed Report describe observations and suggestions. They are not promises of revenue, customer counts, or any specific business outcome.
- Any numbers, ranges, case examples, or counters shown on this site — including the running tallies in the “clock is already running” section — are illustrative and based on a typical operator. They are not a forecast of what your business will earn or save.
- We do not make income guarantees, revenue guarantees, or earnings claims of any kind.
- Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, what you charge, your team, your follow-through on suggestions, and general business conditions.
- Past outcomes for other operators do not predict your outcome.
Read this section the way you would read a prospectus disclaimer: take the suggestions seriously, but understand that nothing on this site or in the Bleed Report is a promise.
4. Intellectual property
The CustomerConvert.Pro name, the “Slay Session” and “Bleed Report” product names, the visual design of this site, the written copy, and the underlying frameworks used during the consultation are the intellectual property of CustomerConvert.Pro.
You are welcome to apply what you learn during your session inside your own business. You may not resell, repackage, or publicly publish the Bleed Report, the frameworks, or the brand assets without written permission.
5. Booking and cancellation
Scheduling is handled by Cal.com. When you open any “Book Your Slay Session” button, you are interacting with the Cal.com booking widget under their terms and policies. Specifically:
- Reschedules and cancellations are handled through the link in your Cal.com confirmation email.
- Cancellation windows, reminders, and calendar invites are governed by the Cal.com event configuration in effect at the time you book.
- If you no-show without rescheduling, we may decline to rebook the session.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not use this site or the consultation to do anything illegal, harmful, defamatory, or in violation of someone else’s rights. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CustomerConvert.Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of this site, the Slay Session, or the Bleed Report — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any direct claim related to a paid consultation is limited to the amount you paid for that consultation.
You agree that you are responsible for the business decisions you make based on the consultation. We are a sounding board, not a fiduciary.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold CustomerConvert.Pro harmless from claims that arise out of your misuse of the site or the materials, your violation of these terms, or your violation of someone else’s rights.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [State to be specified], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
