Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information CustomerConvert.Pro collects when you visit this site or book a consultation, how we use that information, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain English and kept it short on purpose.
Who we are
CustomerConvert.Pro is a small consulting practice run by Tony, the operator behind the Slay Session. When this policy says “we” or “us” it means CustomerConvert.Pro. You can reach us any time at hello@customerconvert.pro.
What information we collect
We try to collect as little as possible. The categories below cover everything we currently touch.
- Site analytics. Standard request data such as IP address, approximate location, browser, device type, referring page, and which sections of the site you spent time on. This is aggregated and used to understand whether the page is working.
- Booking information. When you book a consultation, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects the name, email address, time zone, and any answers you give in the booking form. That information is shared with us so we can show up to the call prepared.
- Email correspondence. If you write to us at hello@customerconvert.pro, we keep that thread so we can answer you.
- SMS / text messages. We do not currently collect phone numbers or run an SMS opt-in program. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated and a clear consent step will be added at the point of sign-up.
How we use it
- To schedule and prepare for your consultation.
- To deliver the follow-up document (the Bleed Report) to the email address you provided.
- To answer questions you send us.
- To understand which sections of the site are useful and which are not, so we can improve the page.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train third-party machine-learning models.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies and similar storage. The most relevant ones are set by Cal.com when you open the booking widget — for example, to remember the time zone you picked or to keep your booking session alive while you finish choosing a slot. Your browser settings let you block or clear cookies at any time; doing so may break the booking widget but will not affect the rest of the page.
Third parties we rely on
- Cal.com — handles scheduling, calendar invites, and reminders for the consultation. Their privacy practices are published on their site.
- Email and hosting providers — standard infrastructure used to send mail and serve this page. They process data on our behalf only to deliver the service.
If we add a new tool that collects personal information, we will list it here.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In plain English, you can:
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose, including any sale or sharing (we do not sell or share your data, but the right exists).
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@customerconvert.pro from the address on file. We aim to respond within thirty days.
Data retention
We keep booking and correspondence records for as long as is reasonably useful for follow-up and tax purposes, and then we delete them. Aggregated analytics may be retained longer because they no longer identify you.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and operators. It is not directed at children under sixteen, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone in that age range.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy in a meaningful way, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, post a notice on the site.
